DUBROVNIK - INCENTIVE PROGRAMME
  
Day 1
Meet and Greet at Dubrovnik Airport by Globtour Event staff .
Transfer in to the city centre, accompanied by professional guides who will brief you the most important facts about Dubrovnik.
Check-in at the hotel Hilton *****
Welcome cocktail at the bar, late night buffet snack at the hotel.
Hotel staff will take luggage directly to rooms.
A little surprise in a room: welcome gift, welcome letter and the program. Free evening for walking, taking the fresh air or individual interests.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Half day sailing trip:
Coach transfer from Dubrovnik to Trsteno(30 min).
Walk through Arboretum(20 min).
Sailing on Karaka from Trsteno to Sipan(20 min).
Welcome reception + visit of summer house(1 hour) welcome reception/fritule and grappa.
Sailing on Karaka from Sipan to Old Harbor.
Animation: Dalmatian Trio.
Lunch in restaurant Gradska Kavana.
Afternoon: SPECIAL CITY TOUR:
Start of the city tour with your guide at the Stradun - the main street of Dubrovnik, which like all streets in the old town are pedestrian.
Visit of Rectors Palace -which used to be the political centre of Dubrovnik at a time when it was still an independent Republic.
Visit of the oldest European pharmacy, situated in the Franciscan monastery.
Concert of Sorkocevic quartet at the Jezuit church.
Option - the guides will be at disposal for city walls.
Free time for shopping or individual interests.
GALA PARTY AT REVELIN FORT:
Transfer to Revelin.
Soldiers blocking the way at the drawbridge, city gates closed. More soldiers with the Captain of the fort on the turret above the gate. Drums announce the arrival of the captain. No access to the City is possible without a permission issued by the Senate and the Rector.
Master of ceremonies mediates, the party is allowed to the square behind the Gate. The Captain announces Rector’s permission (all happens at the foot of the Revelin Fort).
ENTRANCE:
Torches decorating the way into the Fort. Two soldiers with halberds stand in front. The party is escorted by soldiers and the captain into the Fort. The participants go trough the main hall directly to the terrace.

BEGINNING OF THE DINNER:
The waiters with white gloves serve the 1st course and the dinner goes on.
Chamber Octet performs the classical background music (Mozart, Boccherini, Bizet).
After the main course, the Captain and the fanfares announce the arrival of the Rector who eventually asks the responsible person to accept the Chart of Honorary citizenship of Dubrovnik. The ‘person’ returns the favour with a symbolic present to the Rector. After the ceremony and possible speeches, follows the entertainment with dancing music.
Special performance by soprano and primadonna of Croatian National Theatre who perform the famous works from the world opera repertoire.
Day 3
Buffet breakfast and check out.
Special Ladies programme: Old Crafts of Konavle.
First stop is at Velji Do on the hill to have the panoramic view of the region of Konavle with the city of Dubrovnik and the Elaphite islands that can bee seen in the distance.
Visit the olive oil producer and see the presentation of making of the olive oil while tasting delicious home made cheese, bread, olive oil, lemonade, figs.
At the flour mill you will be welcomed by folklore troupe performing the traditional dance of the region and you will the assist to the production of flour .Taste local liqueurs while folklore troupe is dancing only for you.
Lunch will be served in restaurant Konavoski Dvori for all participants, in the lower terrace, reserved for our group or in the room on the first floor.
